At ONOFF stores, we accept old electronic devices when a customer purchases a new, similar product from the store. We accept devices up to 25 cm in size regardless of whether the customer makes a purchase or not.
Estonian Electronics Waste organizes nationwide collection of old electronics, used batteries, and old rechargeable batteries. They have an extensive collection network, and consumers can drop off their electronics waste, used batteries, and old rechargeable batteries at collection points free of charge.
Electronic devices, batteries, and rechargeable batteries collected at collection points are all sent for further treatment and recycling in accordance with the procedures set forth in applicable legislation.
If the waste is hazardous to the environment, it must be handed over for recycling during the hazardous waste collection cycle or transferred to a company holding a hazardous waste management permit.
Eesti Elektroonikaromu is a producer responsibility organization and through it, it is possible to send old electronics, used batteries, and all types of batteries that have reached the end of their useful life for recycling.
